SkillBridge Academy grew from mentorship into a community for learning. Our founders’ experience as immigrants and first-generation professionals shaped a simple conviction: access to a career shouldn’t depend on where you started.

Today, we bring together introductory training, career exploration, and personal guidance. We work with people beginning their careers, changing direction, or returning to the workforce.

We’re based in Minneapolis, with in-person and virtual learning options. The goal is practical: help you understand the work, build relevant skills, and take an informed next step.
