Inquiries and registration

Sending an inquiry or completing the career quiz does not enroll you in a course, reserve a seat, or start a membership. Confirm the session date, delivery format, content, price, and applicable terms with the academy before you pay. The published course policy requires advance registration and completed payment to confirm attendance.

Prices and membership availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and reflect the academy’s published listings. Course and membership availability can change. Membership benefit periods, renewal, trial eligibility, and cancellation arrangements must be confirmed before subscribing. This site does not collect card details or process payments.

Cancellations and transfers

The published course policy states that cancellations less than 48 hours before the session are not refundable. Ticket transfers require notice to SkillBridge at least 24 hours in advance. Contact the academy about earlier cancellations, rescheduling, or any issue specific to your booking.

Attending a session

Confirm your session’s time and location, and aim to arrive or connect 10 minutes early. For online sessions, a stable internet connection and a working microphone are recommended. Check any other requirements with your instructor.

Respectful participation and materials

Professional, respectful behavior is expected. The published policy permits removal for harassment or disruptive conduct without a refund. Course materials are for personal use and should not be shared, sold, or distributed without permission. Sessions may be recorded for training or quality purposes; ask about recording arrangements before attending.

Learning and career outcomes

A fundamentals session introduces a field. It is not an industry certification, accredited degree, employment offer, or guarantee of placement, salary, or exam success. Certification bodies set their own eligibility rules and exam fees. Our short quiz is an informal reflection exercise, not a validated aptitude assessment.
