Career quiz
The eight-question quiz runs in your browser. Answers are not sent to the academy, and the quiz does not require your name or email. Answers are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. Downloaded or printed results are saved by you on your device.
When you contact us
The inquiry form collects your name, email, selected area of interest, message, and permission to respond. These details are stored so authorized academy staff can review and respond to your request. When staff email notifications are enabled, our email provider sends an inquiry reference and area of interest to the designated academy staff recipient. Your name, email address, and message are not included in that notification. The form is not a newsletter signup. Please do not send payment details, identification documents, health information, or other sensitive records.
Security and essential technical data
The hosting service may process network and request information to deliver and protect this website. The contact form uses a short-lived security token and rate limits to reduce automated abuse. A one-way, keyed identifier derived from a network address is used for rate limiting; the application does not store the raw network address in an inquiry.
Member resumes and job alerts
Member accounts use ChatGPT sign-in. We receive your site-scoped account identifier and verified email address. When you save a resume, its original file is stored privately and its reviewed text and metadata are stored with your preferences. Only your signed-in account can download or manage that resume through this website. The file is read in your browser before upload; it is not sent to an AI service or employers. Remove unnecessary sensitive details from the original file before uploading.
To find remote jobs, we send your selected job titles, country, and experience level to Himalayas. We do not send your resume, name, email, or skill list to that job provider. Scores are deterministic comparisons of keywords and preferences and are not hiring predictions. Jobs may expire or change after retrieval.
If you opt in to alerts, our email provider Resend processes your account email address and a digest containing job listings and match summaries. Your resume file and full resume text are not attached or sent. Delivery events, including bounces and complaints, are recorded to prevent repeated unwanted mail. The default cadence is weekly; you can select daily or monthly, pause alerts, or unsubscribe using the link in each email. A message already being sent may still arrive after you pause.
Resume files and preferences remain until you remove them or delete your job-alert profile. Delivery history is retained for up to 90 days and job identifiers used to prevent repeated recommendations for up to 180 days. Deleting the profile removes its resume, preferences, and delivery records from the application; provider records and infrastructure backups may persist under their retention policies. Suppression records may be kept to honor delivery failures and complaints. Deleting your profile does not delete your ChatGPT account.
Cookies and advertising
This website does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics. Essential hosting, member, and staff sign-in functionality may use cookies. Staff access uses ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to approved staff accounts.
Other services
Links to Calendly and Tech Career Quiz open separate services. Information you provide there is handled under those services’ notices and settings. A link does not transmit the answers from the quiz on this site.
Questions, corrections, or deletion requests
Email info@skillbridgeacademy.com to ask about the information in your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion. Include your inquiry reference if you have it; do not email identity documents.
